Work lunch at the Chequers in Churchill, The Cotswolds. The Asian Duck salad with spring onions, watercress and pickled carrots is unbelievable.

Delicious healthier flapjacks made with almond butter, banana, cream of coconut, agave nectar, coconut oil, and gluten free oats. Delicious rocket, spinach, Greek basil leaves and green bean salad with Parma ham, mozzarella, ground roasted hazelnuts, roasted red onion and figs. We dressed it with just olive oil and white balsamic and a side of roasted sweet potato wedges.
